How would you describe your beauty look?
When I was younger, I used to go full-on. I had to have lashes and everything else. Post-quarantine, I've stuck more to how I really look. I’m still a slave to lashes, though. I love lashes. I've got really small eyes. Everything I used to put on my face would overshadow it. Lashes are the one thing I would put on, and I felt they made my eyes look bigger. My lashes are naturally very, very curly, so I look for mascara that can separate lashes without clumping. I've got coarse—but curly—lashes, so mascara has to be lengthening as well.
Any other makeup essentials?
Contour is every girl’s best friend, to be fair. I recently realized that powders don't work for me. They just blend into whatever makeup I have on. So now I use a Bobbi Brown foundation stick. They have one that’s quite dark. I use that as contour because the texture is so soft and so creamy, it just blends into my skin. It actually looks like it could be a shadow.
