    • For diffusion or inhalation. Remove the dropper, attach the diffusion head and insert into The Atomiser for pure, undiluted diffusion. Alternatively, add a few drops to 5ml of your chosen carrier oil and apply to wrists or add to a warm bath.  
    • Sensible Cautions: Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Do not use undiluted on skin. Keep away from eyes. Keep away from heat and flames
