Redmint Gua Sha Black Obsidian
- Start with clean skin and prep skin with a body oil to enhance the glide of the gua sha tool and nourish the skin.
- Keep the tool flat against the skin and begin with the arms. Scrape in an upwards motion from the wrists to the armpit.
- Move to the front of legs and scrape in an upwards motion starting from the ankles to the inner thigh. Follow with the backside of legs, same upward motion.
- Move to the stomach. Start from below breast line and scrape until the hip flexor.
- For the chest, very gently scrape the gua sha tool upward toward your armpit.
