- Wear alone or over any RMS Beauty lip product.
- Starting with a minimal amount, dot Eyelights onto the center of the eyelid.
- Using a semi-firm touch, blend outward with your finger or brush. These dry fast, so blend swiftly.
- For wide awake eyes, hold Straight Up™ Volumizing Peptide Mascara brush horizontally coating each lash with natural nourishing ingredients.
- For more volume, apply additional coats.
- Use the RMS reusable tube key when you are a quarter of the way through Liplights and Eyelights to squeeze out every last drop and prepare tube for recycling.
