- Starting at the base of the eyebrow, apply Clear Brow Gel using short, upward motions for a lifting and volumizing effect (about 5-6 strokes per eyebrow).
- Use the side of the brush to tame the top row of hairs in place.
- Use Clear Brow Gel as the finishing step in your eyebrow routine to set color and hairs in place. Or, use alone to groom brow hairs for a polished look.
