Intense Gel Eye Liner is a pigment-rich gel pencil designed for defined, long-wearing eye looks. The waterproof formula helps your liner stay put, whether you prefer a clean line or a softly smudged finish.
Use it to create an invisible liner effect by pressing color between the upper lashes, or glide along the lash line for more noticeable definition. When you want a smoky eye, soften the edge using the smudger tip for a diffused, lived-in finish.

- To achieve an invisible liner look, lift your eyelid and, holding the pencil upright underneath the upper lashes, press and wiggle the liner in between each lash along the lash line.
- For more intense definition, start at the innermost lash and glide the tip of the pencil along the lash line.
- For a smokey look, diffuse the line with the built-in smudger.
