- Add one cup (one third of the bag) to warm running water and soak for a minimum of twenty minutes to let the ingredients work their magic.
- For maximum relaxation, we suggest combining the bath with your favorite soothing activity, like meditating, chanting, reading, or listening to music.
- Be sure to drink water before, during, and after the bath, and when you’re done, rinse, towel-dry, wrap yourself in a cozy towel or robe and…feel better.
- Caution: Hot or warm baths should not be used by people with certain medical conditions (including those who are pregnant or breastfeeding), except on the advice of a physician. Keep out of reach of children.
