- After cleansing your feet, put the plastic booties on both feet and secure the booties around each ankle using the enclosed pieces of adhesive tape.
- Wear the booties for 10-15 minutes to allow product to absorb.
- Note: Adjust the application depending on the skin dryness up to 20 minutes.
- Remove the booties, rub the remaining solution gently into your skin
