- Preparation: Begin by thoroughly removing all makeup to ensure you start with a clean face.
- Moisturize: Apply a small amount, approximately the size of a pea, of your regular facial moisturizer to your skin.
- Cheekbones: Start at your jawline and gently use the facial massage tool to push upward, sculpting the cheek.
- Repeat this motion for five minutes on one side of your face before switching to the other side.
- Ensure you push upwards towards the temples without pressing down.
- Jawline/Chin: Begin at your jawline and use the tool to gently push it in towards your neck and under your chin.
- Continue this motion for five minutes, moving along under the chin and jawline.
- Tech Lines: For addressing "tech lines,"use your index finger and thumb to gently stretch the skin on either side of the lines.
- Then, quickly glide the facial massage tool up and down in a vertical movement to help reduce these lines and prevent their future visibility.
- Note: Tech lines are the horizontal lines that may appear on the neck due to looking down at screens or other technology devices.
