- Apply directly to center of lips and sweep outwards to the perimeter. Gradually blend the color with the applicator for a seamless finish.
- For saturated color, swipe additional layers for buildable, fuller coverage. Press lips together 2-3 times to evenly distribute color.
- Pair with a coordinating Tom Ford Runway Lip Pencil to enhance the dimension of lips.
