To apply liquid foundation, apply a small amount of makeup to the back of your hand and dab with the brush before smoothing all over your face. To apply cream or powder foundation, sweep your brush across the surface of the compact until you have the desired amount and apply to face. Use broad strokes to cover large areas of face, including the cheeks, forehead and chin. Use the edge of the brush to reach narrow areas, including the nose, mouth, eyes and hairline. Blend to eliminate any harsh lines. Clean with Clinique Makeup Brush Cleanser between uses (sold separately).
