How To Use
How To Use
- Dry brush. Starting at the armpits and inner groin, use a gentle pumping motion to activate your main lymph nodes.
- Then brush upward in long, gentle strokes from ankles to hips on each leg, and from palms to armpits on each arm.
- On the stomach, brush downward below the belly button and upward above it.
- Dedicate 3-5 minutes.
- Shower. Rinse off exfoliated skin cells and cleanse the body.
- Seal in the glow. While skin is still warm and slightly damp, massage the Daily Body Oil generously into skin using upward, intentional strokes to support lymphatic flow and lock in hydration.
- Use 3-5 times per week for best results.
