- After cleansing and toning, apply 1-2 drops of serum to the face, neck, and décolleté using circular upward motions. Allow to absorb before following with eye cream and moisturizer. Use morning and/or evening. Triple Level Hyaluronic Serum can be layered underneath Hibiscus Serum during day or Phytomelatonin Rejuvenating Serum at night for an extra hydration boost. It may also be used as an ‘eye serum’ under Olive Eye Cream.
