- After cleansing, apply a generous layer to the face, neck and eye contour area 1-2x per week following the massage ritual. Leave on overnight. Can also be used nightly in a thin layer in place of a moisturizer.

- With your hands flat on your neck, perform small circular movements moving up towards the ears and back towards the center of your neck.

- Using two fingers, perform small circular movements starting at your nose, moving down to your jaw, up to the lips and finishing by your temples.
- Smooth:
- With your hands flat on your cheeks, apply pressure while moving your palms from the center of the face outwards.
