Formerly known as Kohl Eye Pencil, Inner Eye Definer is the same great soft and creamy formula with the same benefits that give eyes a dramatic, defined look. Formulated specifically for lining the inside of the eyelid & the base of the lashes. The soft, creamy formula glides easily along the eyelid, creating a smooth and well-balanced line. Each pencil contains a thicker diameter than the Eye Pencil to create a more pigmented, dramatic effect.

How To Use
- Glide the Kohl Eye Pencil along the inside of the eyelid and the base of the lashes for a dramatic look. Smudge as desired. Use Laura's "dot and wriggle"motion to fill the entire lash line at the roots of lashes creating the look of lush, extra full lashes. For a softer look, line above the upper lash line and smudge with the Smudge Brush.
