How To Use
How To Use
- Apply to dry skin
- Work salts up from ankles to knees, massaging in circular movements.
- Massage salts around knees, using thumbs to rub into calves and backs of knees.
- Extend application to thighs, applying more pressure and using circular massage movements.
- Switch the shower on and continue to massage salts into skin until rinsed off.
- In the bath, apply before you sit down and continue to massage while you soak.
- Finish by spritzing legs with warm and cold water using the shower attachment, ending with a warm spritz to enhance stimulating and decongesting powers.
