- Night 1, 2, and 3: To freshly cleansed skin, apply your Peptide8 Night Serum, pressing into the face and neck. Allow this serum to sink in before applying the Rejuvenation Night Balm.
- Night 4: Use the Chronobiology Sleep Mask alone, applying before bed by gently massaging into the face and neck, moving in upwards and outwards motions.
- Use twice weekly.
