- Elongate the eye and define the lashline by applying Velvet Eclipse with a damp angled brush.
- Highlight the eye by blending shimmers onto the brow bone, eyelid and inner corner.
- For stronger payoff, use a fingertip or damp brush to apply shimmer shades, then diffuse edges with a blending brush.
- Layer glittering shades over the IntensifEYES Artistry Wand for increased wear and opacity.
