- Start with a large pea sized amount, spreading through mid-lengths and ends of roughly towel dried hair.
- Pay close attention to the most damaged areas.
- Apply more to thicker or more damaged hair.
- For best results, blow-dry hair into desired style, or hair can also be left to air dry.
- Reapply at least every third wash.
