How To Use
- To apply the pencil in the inner corner of the eye or tear duct area, draw a C shape and press into the bridge of the nose with your laydown brush or ring finger to melt and blend the eye cream.
- To highlight the brow bone, position the pencil at the start of the brow and draw an arc following the natural shape of your brow. Blend using a brush or ring finger.
- For the look of an even brighter, whiter eye, line the inner rim of the bottom lash line just as you would with eyeliner.
