- Apply eye defining shadow as close to lash line as possible using an eyeliner brush.
- Place the brush on the outer corner of your eye, pressing and wiggling across your lash line toward the inner lash.
- For a softly defined eyeliner look, use a smudger brush to apply product in the same way.
