- Red Light Face Mask:
- Step 1: Cleanse the skin. Gently clean and dry your face before using the mask.
- Step 2: Skip the sunscreen. Do not apply sunscreen. Red Light is a safe way to absorb the rejuvenating light of the sun, without the harmful UV rays.
- *Optional but recommended Step: Apply our nutrient-rich Light Activated Glow Serum to habit stack and maximize your results.
- Step 3: Get glowing. For optimal results, use your Red Light Face Mask Device for a minimum of 10 minutes, 3 to 5 times a week.
- Light-Activated Glow Serum:
- After cleansing skin, apply 2-3 pumps to face, neck and/or décolletage If you are using without red light technology, continue with your skincare routine.
- If using with the HigherDose Red Light Face Mask or Neck Enhancer, secure the device onto face or neck and treat skin for a minimum of 10 minutes.
- The light-activated ingredients in the Light-Activated Glow Serum will boost the benefits of the red light therapy session. Do not apply other skincare products until after you finish the red light treatment.
- We recommend using your Mask or Neck Enhancer and Light-Activated Glow Serum together 3-5 times a week. Light-Activated Glow Serum can be used daily in the morning or evening as part of your skincare routine, and as a benefit amplifier to your red light therapy products.
