How To Use
- Eclipse Volumizing and Curling Mascara: Place the wand at the base of the lashes. Wiggle back and forth, continuing to apply through the lashes until you reach the tips. Remove using warm water - no makeup remover needed!
- Dawn to Dusk Gel Eyeliner: Apply a precise line along upper and lower lash lines to outline, accent and define eyes. Sharpen pencil as needed. Safe for use on waterline.
