- Trim the wick to 1/4-inch prior to each lighting
- Keep the candle away from drafts and place on an even, heat-resistant surface
- Allow the candle to cool completely before handling
- For best results, burn the candle no less than one hour and no more than four hours at a time
- Discontinue burning when 1/2-inch of wax remains
