How To Use
- Swivel up only an eighth of an inch (pencil does not retract). Apply along lash line as desired. For a thinner, more precise application, apply using small, short strokes. For a smoky look, draw a thicker line, extending just beyond the outer corner of the eyes. Smudge with Eyeliner Brush or a cotton swab. Replace cap tightly.
