Dr. Barbara Sturm formulated her new Skin Protection supplements with ingredient science that includes the anti-oxidative powerhouse Purslane, the original superfood Siberian Ginseng, and the adaptogens Ashwagandha and Rhodiola (the latter of which also contains potent antioxidants called Proanthocyanidins). The Skin Protection formulation also includes Schisandra, a berry packed with Lignan compounds which have calming and restorative properties, and Vitamins D, E, B12 and Manganese, which contribute to the normal functioning of the immune, muscle and other systems.
