    • Cleanse and dry the skin, making sure there is no remaining residue of any kind.
    • Apply Serum Serum Serum (sold separately) or your favorite conductive primer.
    • Select the guided targeted facial routine via the FOREO For You app or operate the device manually with the universal button. Quick press the universal button until desired intensity level is selected.
    • Glide BEAR mini across the face in slow, controlled motions, making sure both metallic spheres are touching the skin at all times.
