- Make sure the battery is fully charged.
- Place the battery on the back of the hat where the three magnetic dots are. The battery should easily click into place.
- Press and hold the power button.
- The battery will beep and the lights will turn on.
- Once the Red Light Hat lights are illuminated, put the hat on your head!
- The battery will beep after the 10-minute treatment is up.
- Use The Red Light Hat daily for 10 minutes for 16 weeks
- Follow up with regular maintenance treatments 3-4x a week.
