- Turn the base of the stick to raise the product.
- Use sparingly (2-3 light strokes per armpit) on underarms only.
- Allow the product to dry before dressing.
- Use in the morning, evening, or post-workout as needed.
- Note for those new to natural deodorant:
- Some people switching from an antiperspirant to a natural deodorant may experience an adjustment period. It might take about 4 weeks to fully adjust. Initially, you might feel like the product isn't effectively controlling odor and you might sweat slightly more. This is normal. As your body adapts, odor control improves, and any increase in sweating usually decreases.
