- Place and press the mask onto the face.
- Leave on for 20 minutes and gently massage to enhance the absorption of active ingredients.
- Peel off and remove any excess with warm water.
- Use up to twice a week and place in the refrigerator for 5 minutes before using to add an extra cooling effect to the ritual.
